Saturday 27 February 2016

Radio 4 stalwart returns to her award-winning investigation into the science of attraction – find out what makes us gay or straight, what pheromones are, and what the scientific origins of kissing are. A hilarious investigation into ritual, romance and relationships.

The internet has opened up many opportunities for people to learn about any topic with just a few click of the button. Nowadays, you can find helpful information about topics surrounding sex and sexual expression. There are sites like pluglust.com and many others than freely publish their knowledge about it. Everyone has a sexual trigger. But just as everyone has something that turns them on, they also have triggers that turn them off. That fine line between turn-on and turn-off is where taboo subjects reside. What do you consider taboo? What turns you on and makes you uncomfortable at the same time? The answer to that question will be different for every person. Once you decide what you consider taboo, think about it in terms of talking dirty. You already know that talking dirty to your partner is a turn-on… but what about broaching those taboo subjects, and talking about those sexual things you would never really do? You can check Full Report about the REAL SEX STORIES here.  The fantasy might be a bit too far-fetched for you to consider making a reality, but there’s nothing stopping you from going all the way with your naughty talk about the subject! A friend of mine gets turned on by the thought of her boyfriend with other women. She has a fantasy of watching him, tied up and helpless, while one woman after another enters the room and proceeds to do all kinds of wicked things to him. In her fantasy, she’s sitting in a chair beside the bed, watching. She would never do it in real life, however. She and her boyfriend are completely faithful. So where does the fantasy come from, and why does it turn her on so much? That’s where the word “taboo” comes in. Her fantasy rides that line between a real-life turn-off and the fantasy turn-on. She fulfills that fantasy often, however, by whispering her thoughts into her lover’s ear as they are in bed together. Her naughty talk about seeing him with other women gets him aroused, too… and it’s a safe way to explore the fantasy without the risk of anyone getting hurt. What fantasies do you have that need to be fulfilled? Share them with your partner. Make it clear you don’t want to do these things in real life, but also make it clear that the thought of them turns you on. Then act out the fantasy scenario with lots of dirty talk! The words paint the images in your head, and your body will respond. It’s the perfect way to taste the tempting taboos – but without actually getting in over your head. That’s another great thing about dirty talk – it’s a license to try out any fantasy you want, and reap the benefits without suffering the consequences! Did you know that sex stories may be the answer to getting a good night’s sleep? Yup, that’s right sex stories. Sounds a heck of a lot better than Valium or elephant sized doses of sleepy time tea, doesn’t it? Sex has been proven to be a great sleep inducer and spicing up your sex life with sex stories can be a big help in getting the sleep you need. There is no argument that the restorative powers of sleep are needed for a healthy and happy lifestyle. Sex stories can help add to your sex life making the sex better as well as your sleep. Not sleeping can be dangerous to your health, but using sex stories as a sex aid can help stem off the negative stimuli that causes us not to be able to sleep. Studies have shown that sleep deprivation can bring on serious disease such as dementia and Parkinson’s disease. Not to mention how it can generally mess up other things in your life like your work, family life relationships, etc. The key is to wind your body and brain down just before bed and sex is the perfect way to do that. Using sex stories can put your in the mood to have sex by exciting your mind and helping to reach a better and more satisfying orgasm. That is what puts you to sleep, the release. Some may argue that reading sex stories would get your brain too excited and may not be the best way to get a good night’s slumber. Not true. As mentioned before, it’s the release in sex that brings the mind and body down into a restful satisfied state more conducive to deep sleep. Excitement before bed such as action movies or going for a jog or other exercise have negative effects on your sleep because the endorphin build up stimulates your brain without the benefit of release. This is what causes your brain to work overtime and diminishes your ability to fall asleep. Sex stories definitely have a nice dual effect don’t they? Spicing up your sex life while enjoying a restful night’s sleep should sound pretty good to just about anyone! Sleep is so important to your health, so is sex, so this sleep remedy is a real winner! Sure is a lot more attractive than trips to the doctor, pharmacy or the health food store.
